Dr. Andrea Slominski Joins The Kuel Life Roster Of Thought Leaders

Andrea Slominski Interview April 2022 1

Andrea M. Slominski, Ph.D., is an author, speaker, and women’s midlife coach. During her dissertation research and study, she explored the new life stage for women that has emerged over the past 100 years.

We, at Kuel Life, are thrilled and proud to have her join the roster of Kuel Life Category Thought Leaders. Andrea’s work is rooted in the proven principles of depth and archetypal psychology, showing Regent women how to reclaim their passions, develop their purpose, and rediscover their “True North”.

Midlife Transformation Of Andrea Slominski:

KUELLIFE: What type of business do you own/run?

Andrea: I am a women’s Midlife coach. I guide women 45+ through the often-tumultuous transformations during perimenopause, midlife, and menopause.

KUELLIFE:  What prompted you or drove you to become an entrepreneur? When?

“I knew I wanted to share them with as many women as possible. No one prepares us for what happens in midlife.”

Andrea: During my midlife transformation, I went back to school. I’d been teaching college classes when the recession and midlife sent me looking for answers to life’s big questions. I’ve been an entrepreneur all my life, so when I made the discoveries that changed my life, I knew I wanted to share them with as many women as possible. No one prepares us for what happens in midlife.

Empty Nest:

KUELLIFE: What’s your biggest struggle?

Andrea: Trying to run my business and raise a family has been a challenge. There never seems to be enough time to get everything done, especially the marketing.  However, now I have an empty nest, I am blissfully working to my heart’s delight!

KUELLIFE: What is your biggest fear as an entrepreneur? How do you work through it?

Andrea: That I won’t reach the women that need my help. And, that some unforeseen event, like a pandemic, a war, a recession, or disaster will keep me from reaching my goals. LOL! I take hope in the fact that we are not the first women to live through very hard times. I know what I do is transformational and I have to press on to make a difference in the world. So, I keep on moving forward, knowing that women of this generation have been given a gift, are unique, and meant to change the world.

“As tedious as it is, do your research!”

Research The Competition:

KUELLIFE: How do you measure your success?

Andrea: One client at a time. Each time I help someone recreate their life, reclaim their mojo, or rediscover their true north, I count that as success.

KUELLIFE: Finally, what advice would you give other women about taking an entrepreneurial path?

Andrea: As tedious as it is, do your research! Define what you do, identify your target market and if there is a need for your product or service. Research the competition. Get a mentor or a business coach to help you make the right first steps.
