Reinvention Never Looked So Fun – Meet Beverley Glazer

Beverley Glazer Interview

Beverley Glazer is a Psychotherapist, Internationally Certified Addiction Specialist, Coach and Founder of Reinvent Impossible Inc.

Beverley empowers women who’ve experienced life transitions, that left them feeling powerless, to build on their strengths, create new possibilities and get the fresh start they long for. After 30 years in private practice, helping people through traditional therapy, she turned her attention to coaching.

Kuel Life is pleased as punch to introduce to our Community the latest addition to our roster of super star Thought Leaders. Beverley will be sharing her wisdom and expertise on REINVENTION (who isn’t excited about that?) on Kuel Life, monthly.

Welcome Beverley Glazer to Kuel Life:

KUELLIFE: What type of business do you own/run?

Beverley: Reinvent Impossible Inc. (A Personal Development Company Empowering Women, through coaching an personal development programs.)

KUELLIFE:  What prompted you or drove you to become an entrepreneur? When?

“It seems I always was an entrepreneur.”

Beverley: It seems I always was an entrepreneur. As a therapist, I left the safety net of the public health care sector and opened a private practice approximately 30yrs ago. I was frustrated and controlled by a system, that was regimenting how I should provide services to my clients. COVID provided me with the opportunity to close my office doors and put all my energy into my online business services. And today, I serve women throughout the world, and I’ll never go back.

Time Management Struggle:

KUELLIFE: What’s your biggest struggle?

Beverley: My biggest struggle is time. I love to serve my clients, and create and launch programs. And as an entrepreneur, I also have to manage a team. An online business is 24/7 so it’s a balancing act. You need to set boundaries or you’ll burn out. I believe in running a strong healthy business, but I also believe in having a fulfilling and enriching life.

KUELLIFE: What is your biggest fear as an entrepreneur? How do you work through it?

I didn’t have a business background, so I was insecure about all the back end.”

Beverley: I didn’t have a business background, so I was insecure about all the back end. But I’m a firm believer of hiring coaches and mentors. Today, I don’t think I have any fears as an entrepreneur because I truly believe in my capabilities, and I’m confident, that regardless of the many challenges, I can always work things out. I’m also a firm believer of meditation, and I’ve been practicing it for many years. It helps me to stay grounded and it’s my magic solution for stress.

Money Is Not Everything:

KUELLIFE: How do you measure your success?

Beverley: Good question. My first response is it’s not money. But don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a comfortable life, and money provides that. But my measure of success is waking up each day and feeling alive, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I believe that having a purpose and being fulfilled; contributing, staying curious, and living my life to the fullest is the measure of my ‘job well done’.

KUELLIFE: Finally, what advice would you give other women about taking an entrepreneurial path?

“The entrepreneurial path may seem glamorous, but it’s a lot of hard work.”

Beverley: Before you jump in, think about it. Don’t quit your day job. The entrepreneurial path may seem glamorous, but it’s a lot of hard work. However, if you love challenges; if you’re creative, if you roll with the punches, if you’re committed and don’t like being tied down, then yes, DO it! Because, the bottom line is, that if you fail, you can start over, but you’ll always regret it if you never try.
