Your Essence Self: What Is It? How Do You Live It?

This isn’t your typical “yes.” (Your Essence Self). This yes encourages you to say no.

To know your own heart. Put boundaries in place. And to live your life as who you are!

“When you come from your Essence, you are the true expression of your Self.”

This Yes Is Your Essence Self:

How many of us deeply listen to our heart and its whispers? How easy is it to put boundaries down instead of pleasing others? When you say no, do you worry about how others may feel about you?

When you come from your Essence, you are the true expression of your Self.

Essence is defined as:

“The individual, real, or ultimate nature … The most significant element, quality, or aspect of a thing or person … Of the utmost importance” (Meriam-Webster Dictionary)

Your Essence is of utmost importance because it’s YOU. There’s no one else like you on this planet exactly. You are unique!

Live your Essence:

Being worried about what others think about you is different from being aware others have their own thoughts and beliefs. This is part of what makes them unique!

When we celebrate uniqueness as a given human quality, we expect there will be differences as well as boundaries. No longer would someone be judged or made wrong (or right for that matter) for their uniqueness. Just imagine how differently we’d think and talk to each other!

As you are the common denominator in all your relationships, when you’re Your Essence Self, it influences all of them. Be aware, that there will be those who will want you to stay as you were. In turn, they will become your greatest teachers, as they test your commitment to living your Essence!

The Difference Between Comparison And Judgment:

When you use descriptive language, you would say someone is tall and the other short. Judgment uses different words, as it makes one better over the other. This is quite different from stating what you like or don’t like as you’re describing your preference, which is about you and not the other person.

When you use comparisons, you are Your Essence Self!

How you speak to yourself changes from being critical to noticing qualities that express your uniqueness! This way of being ripples out into every aspect of your life and how you feel about yourself and the world around you. It shifts the outer world from being the authority and dictating how you live, to you using your inner authority.

“Judgment uses different words, as it makes one better over the other.”

This Has A Tremendous Impact On Your Intimate Relationships:

Sexual or not, intimate relationships change when our Y.E.S. (Your Essence Self,) shines through! Their dynamics transform and create new ways of relating to one another. In turn, it fuels our Essence to make itself known!

When you do this in partnership with another person, it’s a way to work together as if engaged in a creative endeavor, which it is! It is dynamic, evolving, and learning!

Romantic Relationships Prosper:

When uniqueness is encouraged and celebrated, the result is freedom!

Imagine how each person’s Essence fuels vulnerability, passion, and desire! Being too much or wanting too much doesn’t exist in this type of living. A person who would make you think this is judging you. What they’re actually saying is they’re more comfortable with a less expressive, passionate, and dynamic lover.

Living this kind of life brings with it a greater and deeper intimacy and connection, for each of you brings “the most significant element, quality, or aspect” of yourself, and shares it with the other!

Here’s to Y.E.S. and your Aphrodite Rising!
